Interior and exterior in one appointment — the package most people mean when they say they want the car detailed.
The full detail is the complete reset. Everything inside gets extracted, cleaned and dressed; everything outside gets washed, decontaminated, protected and finished. It takes most of a day on a normal vehicle, and it is the appointment to book when the car has never been detailed, when you have just bought it used, or when it is about to be sold.
The reason we bundle it rather than selling the halves separately is that they support each other. There is no point sealing the paint on a car whose carpets still smell, and no point extracting the carpets on a car whose paint is covered in tar. Done together, the vehicle reads as genuinely restored rather than half attended to.
Interior: full vacuum including under seats and the trunk, carpet and mat hot water extraction, cloth seats shampooed or leather cleaned and conditioned, dash and console cleaned and UV dressed, vents and crevices detailed, interior glass, door jambs, and a deodorizing treatment.
Exterior: pre-rinse and foam, two-bucket hand wash, wheels and barrels cleaned with dedicated tools, iron and tar decontamination, clay bar treatment, paint sealant applied by hand, tires and trim dressed matte, exterior glass cleaned.
Bugs, sap and tar removal on the front end is included rather than billed as an extra, because a full detail that leaves the bumper covered in bug residue is not a full detail.
Paint correction is a separate service. A full detail cleans, decontaminates and protects the paint, which produces a large improvement in gloss on most vehicles — but if the clear coat is full of swirl marks and scratches, removing those requires machine polishing and additional hours. We will tell you at the estimate whether your paint would genuinely benefit or whether the detail alone will get you where you want to be.
Ceramic coating, paint protection film, headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning and ozone odor treatment are also priced separately. Any of them can be added to the same appointment.
Four to seven hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. A third-row SUV that has carried kids and a dog for five years is a longer job than a two-year-old sedan, and we quote based on what we see rather than a flat menu price that ignores condition.
Mobile service across the Five Towns covers this package as long as we have a parking space. The interior needs a few hours to dry fully, so booking in the morning gives you a usable car the same evening.
