Odor is the one that matters most. Alcohol, smoke and food smells sit in the carpet and seat foam of an enclosed cabin, and passengers notice immediately. We treat it at the source rather than spraying fragrance over it, and where a vehicle needs it we run an ozone cycle between bookings.
Vomit and biohazard cleanup is a routine part of this work and we do not treat it as an exception. It gets enzyme treatment, extraction, subsurface work where material has gone into seams and under seating, and sanitizing. Speed matters here more than anywhere — a vehicle cleaned that night is fully recoverable, a vehicle left until Monday often is not.
Wine and dark drink spills on light leather are the other common one. Fresh spills come out. Set-in wine on cream leather sometimes leaves a shadow, and we will tell you honestly which you are looking at.
